Now in high school, physical education is not an elective in your earlier years. Everyone must take it. By following the right way to lose weight (and this was after trying other unsuccessful methods - including my former favorite: exercise) I lost 35 pounds - down to 165 at 5'10. This is not to blow my own horn, but to show you that it is possible. And these methods can be applied at ANY age from about 2 years and up.
