South Beach Diet Friendly Recipes

Many people think that being on a diet means giving up all of your old favorites. Actually, that is the number one reason that most diets fail. You cannot be expected to give up all of your old favorites, all the time. On the flip side, you cant indulge in them all of the time and expect to keep the weight off. After all, it wasnt what you avoided eating that made you gain weight.

This Diet does allow you to incorporate the occasional indulgence. But, what about those recipes or foods that you want to incorporate more than occasionally? The answer is simple modify. Here are some tips on modifying your old recipes to make them South Beach Diet friendly.

1. What kind of oil? Make sure to substitute mono- and polyunsaturated oils such as olive, peanut or canola oil for any saturated oils, such as butter or margarine, which wreak havoc on your cholesterol.

2. Another kind of sweet If your recipe calls for sugar or honey, use a sugar substitute instead. An all-natural sweetener or one made from sugar (like Splenda) is best.

3. Make it lean Take a close look at the cuts of meat or poultry required. Use lean cuts instead of fattier ones. For example, substitute chicken breasts for chicken thighs.

4. Kick up the fiber For pasta or grain recipes, make sure to use whole-grain or whole-wheat. The fiber will slow down the absorption of starches and sugars into your digestive system.

5. Check the Cheese You should use low or non-fat dairy products only. Normally, low-fat products are not recommended on the South Beach Diet because the fat is often replaced with sugar. However, non and low-fat dairy products are an exception and should be used whenever possible.

You will be surprised how many recipes will taste little to no different with these simple modifications. Of course, you will come across recipes that simply cant be or dont taste the same when modified. Those are the recipes that you are going to have to enjoy occasionally. It is important that you do not deprive yourself completely of these favorites. Youre just going to have to be more aware of when and how much you eat of these favorites. Save them for a special occasion, enjoy them without guilt and get right back to eating well the next day.

As for those that can be modified, make them a staple of your meals and forget you are on a diet!

How To Lose 10 Pounds In 1 Week - Dieters Extreme!

If you are aiming at fast weight loss there is only one way to go. To get rid of excessive fat you will need to do 2 things. 1) You need to go on a proven fat burning diet and 2) Exercise in a way that improves the result of the diet.

Choosing diet isn't that hard. You should pursue a calorie shifting diet that will boost your metabolism into burning fat like never before. During the first cycle of dieting it is quite possible to lose 10 pounds in 7 days. The result of the diet comes from many factors and the more you initially weigh the more you will lose. This is because your insulin levels will stabilize and you will lose some water weight. Shifting calories according to a certain scheme will increase your metabolism and have it going at full speed ahead meaning that it will open up your fat cells and release a lot of the fat.

Choosing exercise program is a bit more difficult. You want to lose weight so if you do too much weight lifting you'll gain muscle and weight. On the contrary, if you do too little weight lifting you will lose muscle mass and we don't want that either.

I found that combining cardio-exercising and weight lifting was a great way. I have a free program over at my site. Look below for link. This program is built to burn fat and it burns fat all day and all night. The program should be done about 2-3 times per week. If money isn't an object you should try Turbulence Training as this is a full program.

Jennifer Olsen was a master of failing at different diets. She understood that there were more to losing weight then just going on a diet. Today she has lost nearly 50 pounds with the calorie-shifting diet and meanwhile she has finished reading 'Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle' and she is implementing what she learned into daily activities.

She made a mini-site that gives examples of diets, complete fast weight loss diets and reviews of books that helped her stop living the unhealthy life and turning around into a more healthy life-style. If you are interested in learning more please Click Here!

1 Cardio Trick To Lose Belly Fat - Maximize Your Belly Fat Burn Rate

One of the best ways to lose belly fat is through cardio workouts. Cardio can burn a lot of fat in a relatively short period of time, as long as it's done in the right way to maximize your fat burn rate. The sad thing is, that most people do cardio in a way which doesn't help them to burn the maximum amount of fat and also consumes way too much of their time.

So what is the wrong way to do cardio? Or better yet, what is the 1 cardio trick to lose belly fat fast?

The wrong way to do cardio, which is the more common form you see in gyms, is the long duration, low-medium intensity cardio workouts. You probably know what I mean: people who get up on the treadmill and simply use to it to stroll for an hour, barely picking up their feet. Others may run at a slow pace which may be great for a warm up, but it's not the best way to lose belly fat, not by a long shot.

Not that I blame those people, they've simply been filled with misinformation. They've been led to believe that they need to do long workouts in order to burn any fat at all. Of course you need to do things for a long time if you're doing it at a slow pace like a turtle. Your body barely feels any exertion.

The 1 trick to lose belly fat with cardio involves doing short duration, high intensity, interval cardio workouts. By doing such workouts you get the body to really feel the burden, work your heart through a whole range of beat rates, burn a ton of fat, and do it in less time. The downside is that you need to work hard. If you don't push yourself, you will not be able to burn enough belly fat to make it worthwhile, but if you are prepared to make the effort, you can have a massive cardio workout in 20--25 minutes flat.

So the trick to doing cardio to lose belly fat is to do it a high intensity level which means that you will only be able to keep it up for a short while, and then to lower your intensity level for a while to catch your breath, and push yourself into higher intensity again. If you do this cycle for the entire 20 minutes of workout, believe me, you'll be huffing and puffing, and sweating profusely. What's even better, is that your body will be burning calories a higher rate for a long time afterwards because you've really pushed it to the wall.

Try doing this kind of cardio. If you do just this 1 trick to lose belly fat, you will see and feel the results.

Fitness and Diet have More of a Link than We Think

There is a saying that almost every culture knows and that is You are what you eat. In regards to fitness and more importantly health, this definitely is not an understatement of fallacy.

It never ceases to amaze me how much people are willing to spend on attaining fitness either by expensive gym memberships, exercise equipments or hours upon hours of excessive workouts.

However one factor that most people seem to overlook is the necessity of an adherence to a proper diet for fitness.

I mean look at our distant cousins, the great apes. They are primarily frugivores (like us) meaning eaters of fruits and green leaves.

Just how similar are they to us? A whole lot! Heck, we share about 98% of the same DNA, but these creatures are so much stronger and have remarkable fitness, yet don't necessarily engage in concentrated exercises like we do.

Granted, they are in the wild and of course have to be much stronger than us, but none the less, It leaves one to wonder, well what if we had a much more similar diet, would we be much stronger?

These distant cousins of the human race are illustrations of just how much stronger and fit a human can be if they subsist on a natural or very similar diet (as in cooked vegetables and fruits). No one is saying that if you adhere to a strict raw diet that you'd be able to bench press even 1000 pounds, or be as strong as a chimpanzee, but the fact to be realized here is what vitality is and how tremendous it can become is closely related to what you eat.

Here are examples of the levels of fitness and vitality some people who subsists on proper diets have been able to attain:

-Stephen Arlin, author of the book Raw Power stated being capable of bench pressing 350 lbs twenty times in a workout routine. He has trained other body builders who have squatted 835 lbs, dead-lifted 760 lbs and bench-pressed 456 lbs.

-Bill Pearl won the Mr. Universe contest four times as a strict vegetarian.

Now these people are obviously body builders so of course they will be much stronger than the average person, but as far as muscular endurance and vigor, after a 10 day fast which was prepared for by two weeks of raw fruits and vegetables, Prof. Arnold Ehret, who was once diagnosed with deadly consumption and pneumonia, was able to perform 360 push ups within a few minutes and walk continuously for 56 hours (non-stop) to demonstrate his marked increase in health and to prove his theory to the British Government of the 1920s.

His writings went on become the acclaimed MUCUS-LESS DIET HEALING SYSTEM, which is one of the most thorough books on Naturopathy and health ever to be published.

It must be realized that the human body before all other physiological considerations is an air-gas engine constructed in its entirety-with the exception of the bones-from a rubber like, very elastic, spongy material, called flesh and tissues.

For this mechanism to work most efficiently, obstructions in these tissues must FIRST be eliminated via methods which may involve an exclusive use or a combination of proper diet and exercise.

All these factors considered, it is safe to say that the number one step in restoring fitness, agility and health to any and everyone will be making a change in the diet.

Heres where you can start, why not grab a fruit today, rediscover its potency and make that the bulk of your diet for fitness.

Your body will be grateful you did.

Keep A Weight Loss Journal

As with any weight loss program, you may hit a plateau or possibly even gain a pound or two, so it is very important to keep a weight loss journal to refer back to what you did and ate that week and make adjustments to get you back on track to meeting your weight loss goals.

A successful weight loss program requires specific attention to your daily diet and exercise. Basically you are making a change to your life style. Once you have made the decision to alter your image and the way you live, you have to be committed to this life style from now on, or you will end up back where you started, or fatter. To stay motivated and monitor your progress, you need to be able to see your results, not just in the mirror or on the scale, but actually see what you accomplished and how. To keep on track, you will want to keep a weight loss journal of your progress.

Keeping a weight loss journal of the foods you eat, the exercises you do and the weight you lose is an excellent way to adhere to a weight loss program and keep you motivated. This is your record to demonstrate your progress that can be shared with others as you wish.

You do not need to go out and buy an expensive weight loss journal, it can be kept in a simple notebook or in an Excel spreadsheet. You do not want to keep this important information on single sheets of paper because they can be easily lost. Your journal should be bound or on your computer.

Your weight loss journal is a personal record for you to keep all the information you need to be successful in your weight loss program. Below are some suggestions to help you monitor your daily progress and stay on track for meeting your weight loss goals:

  • Define your goal(s) including time frames and MileStones - Very Important.
  • Remember, there are no minor successes! Document them all.
  • Your weight
  • Your weight loss
  • Every spec of food or drink you put in your mouth
  • The time you consumed it
  • Calories consumed
  • Split out Fat, Carbohydrates and Protein intakes
  • The exercise you did and for how long
  • Recipes that work for you
  • Magazine or articles that inspire you
  • Personal comments (what works for you, what does not, etc.)

Before you start any weight loss or exercise program, you must set clear and challenging yet realistic goals for yourself. If you ignore this step - like most people do - you are destined to fail, no matter what you do or how hard you try. The crucial first step must be goal setting.

Your weight loss journal must also include your diet and exercise plan. This is your blueprint on how you are going to attain your goals. Successful weight loss is a 3-legged stool consisting of a proper diet, exercise plan and continuous education. If one of these components is missing or ignored, there is no way that stool can stay standing. Your weight loss journal will help keep that stool standing firmly in place and give you documented proof of what works for you (and what does not) to keep you on track for meeting your weight loss goals.

Fast Weight Loss Tips - 4 Tips To Get You Losing Weight Fast

Fast weight loss tips can be very useful to anyone looking to lose weight on a consistent basis or even if you are just looking to drop the odd pound or two. Even if you are currently losing weight well with the methods you are using, you may find one or two of these tips can help you speed up the process. Read on for 4 of the best fast weight loss tips.

Tip 1

A fundamental fast weight loss tip is to listen to music while you exercise. Okay, now you know that exercising is the best way to loss weight, but the trouble is that it can be a real drag right? The reason for that is that if you are concentrating on the exercise, the time is going to drag like you won't believe. The key to getting the most from every activity session or workout session is to be able to take your mind off it. The easiest way to do that is with your iPod or some other kind of music device.

Tip 2

Tailor your weight loss goals to yourself. For instance, these fast weight loss tips may seem great, but only you know your own mind and body. You know how much you want to lose, and you know how well motivated you can be. There is no point setting a regime of running for 30 minutes each day when you can't run for more than 30 seconds without stopping for breath. Make your goals realistic, and this will help you achieve much more in the long run.

Tip 3

Okay this is kind of unethical, but it works - get yourself one of those machines that clips on to your stomach and tenses the muscles while you watch tv or whatever. It's not as good as running or skipping or whatever, but it's a great way to keep the calories burning while you are otherwise relaxing. Also, it will help your new body develop some kind of muscle tone, which is very important. Hey, I never said these fast weight loss tips were going to be traditional!

Tip 4

On the other side of the fence from the last tip are sit ups. Sit ups are a traditional fast weight loss tip. Okay, sit ups in themselves aren't going to knock the weight off, unless you plan to do hundreds each day. On the other hand though, situps can be a great way of confusing the nerves in your stomach. One of the worst things about starting to eat healthy can be the hunger pangs. Food with less fat doesn't bloat your stomach as much, and if that's what you are used to you will get hunger pangs, even though you aren't REALLY hungry. So next time you get that feeling, hit the deck for 30 sit ups, and you'll soon forget about being hungry.

I hope the fast weight loss tips above will help you in your goals. Check out the links below for some more great tips, and good luck!

How Long Does It Take To Lose 20 Pounds

If you want to know how long will it take you to lose 20 pounds you need to ask yourself what you're willing to do in order to lose that much weight as fast as possible. This is very important because you can lose 20 pounds in as little as 2 weeks, though it's not the easiest thing in the world. If you go for 4 or 6 weeks, it's much easier. Keep reading to see how long it takes to lose 20 lbs. with several weight loss methods.

Lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks:

If you want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, your best bet is to use a detox diet. This is a liquid diet which is based on fruit juice. A detox diet flushes your body of useless, undigested deposits of fat, and also induces weight loss because it's a low calorie diet. You can definitely lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks with that kind of diet. However, don't use this diet for over 2-3 weeks because it loses it's effectiveness. A juice detox diet isn't easy to stick to because we're used to eating solid food each day, but it can get you fast results. I recommend the Master Cleanser diet.

Lose 20 Pounds in 20 Days or 3 weeks

If you want to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks, the best option is to pick a diet and fitness program which revolves around cardiovascular routines. Sticking to such a program for 45-60 minutes each day and eating a reduced carb diet can get you the results you want. It will take some determination for you to stick to such a regimen for 3 weeks, but you'll be much slimmer and fitter by the time you're done. I recommend a program called Turbulence Training because it's highly effective.

Lose 20 Pounds in 4 weeks or 1 Month

The minimum time frame which I mostly recommend in order to lose 20 pounds is 1 month, even though I've shown you how it can be done faster. In1 month you can lose 20 pounds by using a weight loss program which is based on Calorie Shifting. This is a weight loss method which allows you to lose weight fast by manipulating the types of calories that you eat thereby 'tricking' your metabolism to remain running high, so your body is like a fat burning furnace. A calorie shifting diet is easy to stick to because it's simple to use, you don't starve yourself, nor do you need to do hours of exercise. Losing 20 pounds in this way is recommended because it's the easiest way in which you can maintain your weight loss to the future. I recommend using the original Calorie Shifting diet: Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

As you can see the answer to the question of how long it will take you to lose 20 pounds is really up to you.

The Theory Behind Atkins Diet Attractive To Dieters

Knowing about how the body works is what makes followers of the Atkins weight loss diet believe it will benefit for them. The body is essentially fueled by sugar, whether it is organic sugar found in lots aliments, processed sugar added to a mass foods or the kind heaped on your cereal or into coffee or tea. As far as your body runs short of normally extracted sugar, it heads towards the carbohydrates and breaks it down into sugar. The theory in back of Atkins soft diet limits the carbohydrates within reach for conversion, forcing the body to rely on unlike reserves such as fat stored for in reserve use.

In search for ways to lose fat drives dieters to all types of methods, various original and excellent not so groundbreaking, but many have been drawn by the theory in back of Atkins weight loss diet to the point of high recognition. Being able to eat straightforwardly all the red meat, fish and even many deserts they might crave, a mass are enticed by the theory in back of Atkins high-protein diet, which allows them to eat aliments other diets forbid although burning the fat built up in their system.

Appreciating the Atkins Soft diet basics
The Atkins weight-watch results in a process called ketosis, where the body burns fat rather than carbohydrates. The basic plan of the Atkins diet is to unbendingly interdict carbs for two weeks and eventually re-introduce a limited supply of carbs and other foods, including promoting the use of exercise.

Throughout the ongoing weight control stage, the carb intake is increased to 25 grams everyday. The Atkins soft diet primarily allows the consumption of plenty of meat, poultry, fish and eggs, and gradually allows the consumption of additional vegetables and fruit as well.

Starting the Atkins Weight-watch: The Induction Phase
These aliment should be avoided: milk, pasta, potatoes, bread, carrots, and beans. In this stage of starting the Atkins soft diet, it is essential to check the carb content of your foods so you can avoid anything with stashed carbs. Reaching the process of burning fat by preference to carbohydrates is the first step in starting the Atkins weight loss diet, and the top vital one. This process of starting the Atkins high-protein diet is recognized as the induction phase.

Restricting Fuel Intake Forces Use Of Reserve
Looking at the theory in back of Atkins diet like a car and its gas tank, may make it easier to define. Placing an extra five-gallon could in the trunk makes the driver feel greater, knowing they have a reserve if there is not a station obtainable whenever the main tank runs out. If the body believes it may be awhile between meals, routinely whenever someone skips collations or oftentimes unpaired has one meal a day, it stores strength in the form of fat to be used although it runs shy of energy.

While on the trip, the car runs short of gas but by preference to ending the ride, the extra five-gallon can, carried for emergency, will satisfy the vehicle needs. The theory in back of Atkins diet is that by restricting the fuel intake, in this case carbohydrates, the body is forced to go to the reserve tank of stored fat in order to have bare minimum fuel to keep running. The theory behind Atkins low-carbohydrate diet does not completely cut down out carbohydrate intake, but it is badly limited in the first of the four stages of the weight-watch plan.

The weight-watch has proven successful for plenty people, but the problem comes in maintenance as the low-carbohydrate diet helps establish the amount of carbohydrates every person may ingest empty of gaining or losing weight, and the person must stick to that portion. Although the theory behind Atkins soft diet sounds easy, considering all the aliments that contain carbohydrates, cheating could be a problem, which just adds more fuel to the tank of reserve fat.

How an Overweight Man Changed His Life

How a 50-Year Old, Former 2-Sport College Athlete got in the Best Shape of His Life

Todd Thompson emailed me 4 years ago with the goal of getting back into shape by losing a lot of body fat. Since then, Todd's been a great client, using the right workouts (Strength training plus interval training) with great success. Todd made such a triumphant return to healthy living that he even developed a website dedicated to men's health.

In this interview Todd shares his tips and tricks to getting the most out of your fat loss efforts and lifestyle changes. These will come in handy on those days that you don't have the motivation or direction to train. Todd's the true definition of a "Fat Loss Success Story" and I'm proud to have worked with him.

CB: What impact does Turbulence Training have on your energy levels?

Todd Thompson: I find I have a lot more energy when I'm in full training mode, and I use heavy weights and supersets almost exclusively in my weight training. My energy levels seem to be directly associated with how much excess fat weight I carry around, and this keeps it off better than anything I've tried.

Of course, I follow proper eating guidelines as well, and this goes a long way toward keeping me filled with the right foods. It's basically hard work plus clean eating. It's the efficiency of strength and interval workouts that makes it more appealing to me than any other routine I've followed for any length of time.

CB: What time of day do you train and how do you structure your meals around this training time?

TT: Craig, as you may recall, when I started getting into shape last year, after a 25 year layoff, I made the commitment to work out the first thing every morning so that nothing would get in the way of my training.

After reaching my weight loss goals last year, and working it into my schedule differently, I moved my workout time to early evenings, right after I get home from work. I eat my regular noon meal, something like cottage cheese or tuna with some good carbs, and then I have an afternoon snack of high protein content. Then, when I get home from work, the first thing I do is drink a half serving of a protein shake, or eat some cottage cheese. This gives me about a 30 minute time period before I get my clothes changed and head off to the gym, which is perfect for digesting it.

I hit the weights hard, which takes about 40 minutes, and then I get on the elliptical or bike for my HIIT (interval training). As soon as I get off the machine, I drink a protein shake. I'm usually finished with the whole thing around 6:30 p.m. At that time, my wife and I usually have dinner. On workout days especially, I make sure my evening meal has some excellent protein choices, low fat, and good carbohydrates.

CB: What nutrition tips work best for you?

TT: I'm no expert on nutrition, but my experience this past year is that I need a little more carbohydrates than what a lot of the newer nutrition programs are recommended. When I drop carbohydrates to a minimal level, it does seem to have an effect on my energy levels. I think of carbohydrates as an energy provider, and on workout days, I make sure I get enough carbohydrates to get my energy level where it needs to be for my workout.

CB: So overall, what is your impression of strength training and interval training?

TT: It keeps it from getting boring, and I have a bit of a creative streak in me. This seems to keep things interesting. No matter what workout I'm doing, the strength and interval program is the design I use.

There are three basic things I do, no matter whether or not the exact exercises are called for:

1. Do 18-22 sets, emphasizing full body. Sometimes, I may emphasize certain muscle groups for an entire workout, but that's rare. I usually make sure there is some impact on every muscle group at each workout.

2. Do "superset" style without a rest period between sets within each superset. Each superset is designed as a push-pull superset, or sometimes just the use of opposing muscle groups. I like push-pull supersets best.

(CB note: Here's a tough push-pull superset that you can do in a crowded gym or at home - DB Presses & DB Rows)

3. Every workout ends in an hour or less and is capped off with a very intense HIIT session. I don't let myself feel guilty if I only have time to do a 12 to 15 minute HIIT. The intensity is so great that I don't have to worry about whether I'm working hard enough or not.

CB: Do you have a favorite part of the workout?

TT: It's basically a flurry of non-stop activity, so I don't really think about favorite parts. However, I think I enjoy the various forms of rows that I employ. Your program calls for Seated Cable Rows and DB Rows, and I have gotten so much stronger in these that I probably have to say I enjoy these most of all.

Truly, though, getting finished each day is what I like best. I always do a full body assessment of how I feel after each workout.

Seldom do I walk away from a workout thinking I could have worked a little harder on any one muscle group. When it's done, I'm spent. Maybe, it's just because I turn 50 years old this year, but I've talked to a lot of younger guys who are doing strength and intervals as well, and they say the same thing.

CB: How do these workouts compare to others that you have done in the past?

TT: The intensity is awesome. From the time I drink my pre-workout shake until I finish HIIT an hour or so later, it's like I'm heading down the field on a long run, and I'm not going to let anyone keep me from scoring. I don't stop for anything. If an area is being used, I just go to the next superset and pick the other one later in the workout. I think the benefit is that it is very time-efficient and manageable, and it's really hard to get bored with it.

CB: What are the health benefits you have achieved in your return to training?

TT: In short, I have better health, stronger muscle (and more of it), great cardio endurance for my every day life, and I'm looking good.

Altogether, these benefits have helped me enjoy my life a lot more, and that's the ultimate benefit as far as I'm concerned. My life is much better disciplined now, and even when I cheat on my eating, I don't worry about it any more. I know the commitment is strong, and I'll get back. This has caused me to enjoy life to the fullest. Recently, I got into an elite musical performing group, and I find that I have much better stamina than before, and a whole lot more motivation to succeed and to live a better life.

Recently, you were made aware that I had given my body a break for a month or so. That went on a lot longer than I intended, and consequently, I put on about 10 pounds. I must say, however, that I knew all I had to do was start back on my workouts, and it would all come back to me.

Cutting Exercises - A Bodybuilding Myth?

One of the most common goals of fitness enthusiasts is to have low levels of body fat covering their hard-earned muscles. Whether the individual is an athlete that wants to look good in and out of uniform or a fitness instructor that wants to have "toned" arms, everyone is looking for the most effective exercises to reach their goals.

There is certainly no shortage of opinions when it comes to training programs and exercises that trainers and magazines seem to promote to reach these goals, so it is understandable that many bodybuilders and gym-goers can be overwhelmed by information. But what really confuses me is the claim made by gym employees and fitness authors that certain resistance training exercises are for definition and cutting up.

Believe it or not, but no strength coach or exercise physiologist has been able to prove that one exercise rather than others can promote more definition or toning! Can someone explain how leg extensions are a better exercise for muscle definition than squats? This article will dispel these myths and will reveal the best exercises for meeting the goals of increased muscle definition, which is the correct term for toning, cutting up or getting ripped. In fact, lets just eliminate toning from our vocabulary all together.

First a little background for those without a long history of weight training experience. Bodybuilders (that includes any man or woman that is seeking to improve their bodys appearance!) traditionally perform a number of exercises for a body part during a single resistance training session. For example, in a chest workout one might start with bench presses, move to incline dumbbell press, and finish with dumbbell flyes or the pec-deck.

Now according to many personal trainers and fitness magazines, the rationale behind this type of program is that the pressing exercises are best for strength and mass development and the pec-deck would provide for definition. Also, people believe that these definition exercises should be emphasized in order to develop a ripped body (that is, low levels of body fat). Unfortunately, it seems bodybuilders and fitness buffs alike have been led astray, and the end result is a poorly planned program that does not lead to the desired results.

Next we need a brief, yet simplistic, review of human anatomy and physiology to reason why these cutting exercises (i.e. pec-deck) do not do the job. For our purposes there are 2 components determining body composition, muscle and fat. For most people it is the amount of fat that is the limiting factor for them in the development of muscular definition and not the quality of their muscle. If an overweight individual were to be stripped of all their fat, they too would have muscle definition.

On the other hand, a skinny individual can increase their muscle definition by lifting weights and increasing muscle hypertrophy (growth). The body cannot tell the difference between exercises! It responds according to the demands applied to the body. If you lift weights the muscle will grow so that it is stronger and can lift the weight easier the next time. If you eat too much and do not exercise, the energy is deposited as fat and your muscle definition will be lost. It is a very simple equation!

The pec-deck can still be incorporated into workout designs, but it is not the best exercise for promoting a better body composition. In fact, this isolation exercise recruits only the chest muscles and ignores the triceps and deltoids, unlike the previously mentioned presses. And remember that more muscles result in greater energy expenditure and a greater overall training stimulus.

Another myth that seems to propagate is that sets performed for a very high number of repetitions are most effective for cutting up. Refer back to the basic anatomical principle that the bodys appearance is determined by the amounts of both muscle and fat, and most importantly that low levels of body fat are necessary for muscle definition. Using a lightweight to do a huge number of repetitions might not show off your muscles better than using a moderate weight and performing a moderate number of repetitions.

Why not? Because there would likely be no difference in the amount of total calories burned between the two workouts provided each performed a similar exercise volume in the workout. The greater number of repetitions in the one workout would be offset by the greater intensity (weight) used in the other workout. However, a heavier weight will stimulate more muscle growth. More muscle results in a faster metabolism and theoretically greater energy expenditure at rest. So over the long haul the more intense (heavier lifting) workout may be the optimal choice for reducing body fat. In addition, larger muscles are easier to see!

Okay, so what is going to bring you the results (i.e. definition) that you want? Keep the exercises basic and intense (i.e. moderate to heavy weight). Most bodybuilders are better off to do 4-5 sets of bench and incline presses (for a total of 8-10 sets) rather than including 3 sets of pec-deck in the traditional manner. The volume of exercise will be the same but the difficulty of exercise will be harder and the cumulative effects will greater.

Aerobic exercise is not essential for low levels of body fat but can certainly promote greater cardiovascular fitness and help prevent excessive weight gain. Interval training has now been shown in 2 studies to be more effective than slow cardio.

So stick with multi-muscle strength exercises and interval training to burn more calories out of the gym. It really adds up to more calorie burn and less body fat. That is a far better approach than relying on cutting exercises.

And finally, make the proper dietary changes to promote muscle gains and body fat reductions. Nutrition is the #1 factor for fat loss. If you don't have good nutrition, no exercise program will help you lose fat. In the end you will be healthier and will achieve superior muscle definition!

Master Cleanser Weight Loss - Make it Last

The Master Cleanser weight loss plan has gotten a lot of hype lately, but it's actually been around a long time. With some Hollywood starlets extolling its virtues, many everyday folks are now giving the Lemonade Diet a try. Weight loss is fast and furious when you are consuming only this spicy lemonade concoction. The obvious question then is does the weight loss last?

If you are doing this particular lemonade fast just for weight loss you must be aware of a few key points. First and foremost look at the Master Cleanser weight loss as the first step. If you in need of dropping some weight, you'll notice a pretty substantial loss once you've completed the program. Your clothes will be looser and you'll have a smile on your face when you step on the scale. If you want to reap these weight loss benefits into the future you've got to make a promise to yourself not to go back to your unhealthy eating habits. The weight loss you enjoy while you are on the Master Cleanse can be permanent if you adopt a new healthier lifestyle.

A big part of success with the Master Cleanser comes from a new attitude. Once you've experienced the initial weight loss from drinking only the lemonade you should design a healthy eating plan that you know you can stick to long term. For most people this means a good balance between fresh ingredients and lean protein. It can be difficult to exercise while you are following the Master Cleanse Detox, but afterwards try your best to make exercise a part of your weekly routine. If you're not one for heading to the gym, take a walk around the block, or purchase a treadmill to use at home. Dancing is even a great form of exercise and all you need for that is some of your favorite music.

In addition to the maple syrup, cayenne pepper and fresh lemons, water makes up the biggest component of the program. Keep the habit of drinking water throughout the day even when the cleanser is over. Water is essential to helping flush out fat and toxins. If you tire easily of plain water, a little twist of lemon juice and you've got a great refreshing and familiar treat.

Once you've experienced the Master Cleanser weight loss you'll be pumped and ready to continue to lose weight. Nothing feels quite as fulfilling as looking in the mirror and seeing your body shrinking. Long term, we all want to be healthy, and being at our optimal weight is a great first step towards that.

On average, you can expect to lose between 15-20 lbs in just 14 days on the Master Cleanse. You can change the way your body looks and the way you feel. To find out how to get the best results possible from this proven weight loss method visit How to Succeed on the Master Cleanse.

It's not just about drinking lemonade!

Tips to Achieve Your Optimal Weight Loss and Body Shape

A few simple changes can make all the difference to the long-term health of your body. Here are some tips and suggestions to assist with weight loss and to improve your body and your health.

Food Choices

What you eat and drink gives your body the fuel and energy to carry out all the physical and mental activities that you do every day. Some foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables provide excellent fuel for the body, with lots of beneficial nutrients.

Other foods provide poor quality fuel. These include high sugar content foods and junk foods. What percentage of your current diet is giving you energy efficient, nutrient rich food? Try keeping a diary for a week then analyse where your major energy and body fuel comes from.

Healthy Choices

Choose meals and snacks that are kind to your body. These are natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, salads, grains and pulses. These are living foods. Avoid foods that are over processed, stored too long, high is sugar or fats. These are dead foods with little to offer nutritionally. Variety is also vital, helping you obtain the broad range of nutrients your body requires.

Fibre

Your body needs between 18-35 gms of fibre a day. Fibre, together with water, is essential for proper digestion. Fibre provides the food for friendly bacteria in the colon, which manufactures various essential vitamins. One cup of the following is equal to 10gms of fibre: - oats, peas, dried apricots, peanuts, prunes and sunflower seeds. Half a cup of wheat bran or almonds also equals 10 gm of fibre.

Water Your body is 70% water and it needs a fresh daily supply to ensure cells are hydrated and energized. Water is essential for the digestion of food. Keep your body properly hydrated by drinking 6-8 large glasses a day.

Less is more

Eating large meals puts a great strain on the digestive tract. Choose smaller, more frequent meals. This will keep your fuel tank topped up through out the day. Remember the more you eat the more your body has to either burn off, or store as fat. So eat to live dont live to eat! Slow down eating and enjoy your food. Chewing is essential to assist the digestive process. Eating food quickly, or while stressed, disrupts digestion and the absorption of nutrients.

Get Active

You need enough activity to keep all your moving parts in good working order. Choose the form or exercise that suits you best. Remember to incorporate warming up and cooling down exercises to avoid pulling or straining any muscles.

Relax

Find time every day to relax. Take time out once or twice a day for at least 15 minutes. Sit or lie comfortably, close your eyes, breathe deeply and slowly. Listen to some relaxation music. No interruptions just focus your attention on your health, happiness and abundance of all you need.

Love

Love makes everything workable. For complete harmony of mind, body and spirit surround yourself with people you love and who love you. Follow these steps and watch your body reach its optimal potential.

How To Pass The Air Force Physical Fitness Test With Ease

If you're reading this, you probably either want to know what you'll have to do for the air force physical fitness test and/or how to train for it.

This article will cover both.

What Is Involved In The Air Force Physical Fitness Test?

You'll be doing exercises in the following 4 areas: aerobic (running), body-composition, push-ups, and crunches.

Now, you'll be rated on a scale of 1-100, but the trick comes with the age groups. You see, with different age groups comes different demands.

Just to state the obvious, the older you are the less you'll be required to do.

If you want a full list of these ages and the requirements you can visit
http://usmilitary.about.com/od/airforce/l/blmalefitness.htm if you're a male and
http://usmilitary.about.com/od/airforce/l/blfitfemale.htm if you're a female.

3 Steps To Training For The Air Force Physical Fitness Test

1) The first thing you'll want to do is write down the top grade you can get for each category. For example, 60 pushups would be a perfect 10 for a 20-25 year old.

After you do this, add a few reps and shoot for that. I would personally shoot for 70-75 just to be safe (and maybe impress your future officers).

2) Since you're going to be training to failure during your air force physical fitness test most likely, I would suggest training to failure while you are preparing for the test. However, this is taxing on your body so do not do it everyday. You can try it every other day or ever 2 days, depending on certain factors such as how much you eat, your genetics, etc.

3) The third thing you'll want to do to pass your air force physical fitness test with ease is to start learning how to visualize. It's going to help you tremendously through the grueling workouts the air force will put you through, and it's going to help you reach your goals faster.

The requirements for the air force physical fitness test aren't too hard, but if you're out of shape now they will prove to be a challenge.

Using these 3 techniques, and making sure you prepare in advance, the air force physical fitness test should be a walk in the park for you.

And if you need to lose a lot of weight to make it easier (remember, doing anything with your body will be much easier if you weigh less), there are a large variety of books that are available to help you get a fit body in the shortest amount of time as possible.

Jeremy Reeves believes he's found the best products on the market to help you get in great shape fast. If you're going to start training for the air force physical fitness test, you have to check out the book called "Turbulence Training" that he's reviewed for you on his website - http://www.fitness-product-reviews.com

Burn The Fat - Gain Muscle And Six Pack Abs With The Burn The Fat System!

There are thousands of fitness experts telling you that their lose weight method is the best.

It's funny because out of these, you will only find one that is really the best.

The truth is that there is not one method that is better than all the others.

The best fat loss method for me isn't necessarily the best for you. As an example, I am not going to try these atkins or slim fast diet because they don't fit with my lifestyle and personality.

In other words, I can't use that.

While should you do something that you don't like to lose weight?

All you need to do is trying to find the best approach that fit with your personality and interests.

How to choose the right diet?

As I said, you need to do your homework and decide which one is the best for you. Once you know, just try it.

Many fitness experts will tell you that you need to eat six meals a day while others will tell you that it doesn't work.

What to do in this case? The same thing. Stic with one method at first. Choose what you like.

When 2 experts disagree on the effectiveness on a given method, it doesn't mean that the method doesn't work.

Let me give you an example. I follow Craig Ballantyne (the creator of the turbulence training system and ttmembers.com), and I also like Tom Venuto (creator of the well known "burn the fat, feed the muscle system")

They disagree on a lot of issues when it comes to burning the fat, but their methods worked for thousands of people all around the world.

Getting High From Exercise, Naturally

Why is it that so many of us are always tired, lethargic and really don't have any energy at the end of our day of work. The last thing we want to do is head down to the gym, or pull on our jogging sweats and do a workout!

It seems a complete contradiction when you hear about people doing a workout GIVES them more energy, when all you are actually doing is burning lots of calories (ie. ENERGY!!!)

Having once been a desk jockey, spending 8+ hours a day sat in front of a screen, it is as if that computer monitor, telephone and my boss was sucking all that precious energy out of me.

I was not alone!

You could see it in the faces of the men and women working around me, by the time 6 O'clock came by they would wearily pull on their coats and jackets, trudge down to the car park and set off home ready for the sofa and TV remote.

The problem with this energy drain is we would always be looking for the quick "pick-me-up". Normally this comes in the form of snack machine fare, soda drinks packed with sugar, the post work alcoholic drinks and a visit to the curry house or fast food outlet on your journey home.

Coupled with your levels of inactivity this causes the inevitable weight gain, lowering of self esteem, energy and enthusiasm, in a horrible vicious circle...

Thankfully there is a solution, but it does require your first step, luckily we do have a naturally occurring chemical on our side to help us on the way once we do get going, beta-endorphin.

This chemical gives us a natural high after doing a workout, that kind of feel good glow. What's more it is possible to become addicted to this feeling, making the decision to pack a bag for the gym easier and easier!

It is important to understand under what conditions you need to invoke a flood of beta-endorphin, there is an easy way and a hard way...

It may seem strange to learn that the hardest way to get the rush is the most common method of workout that is adopted. When you jump on to your favorite cardio machine in the gym, or pull on your trainers for a jog it can take in excess of 50 minutes, according to clinical studies, in the "fat-burning zone" to get a decent kick of endorphin. The problem is it takes an awful lot of motivation to stick out a long and slow workout for a bit of a high.

Now I suppose you don't really want to know about the hard way!!

The easy way comes in the form of short-sharp bursts of physical activity, the studies show that this style of workout normally brings about a bigger endorphin hit in less time than the long, slow, steady state cardio workouts.

The workouts can take the form of quick 25 minute cardio interval routines, where the most tedious part is the warm up and cool down.

Another option is your traditional circuits style routines, a series of exercises done intensively, each one for 30 seconds, then taking a short rest as you move on to the next exercise. Not only are these workouts fun, you'll burn plenty of calories during and after just a 30 minute workout.

The third option comes in the form of bodyweight, multi-muscle, multi-dimensional exercises done at an intensity and tempo that will exhaust the muscles in your body quickly. Exercises like squats, lunges, step ups, push ups, bodyweight rows and pull ups (Notice I didn't say crunches or sit ups, avoid wasting your precious workout time on exercises that really don't help that much. The reasons... OK that's for another article)

You can set yourself a great workout that is done in 40 minutes with these exercises, all giving you the endorphin rush to boot too!

Many of our clients report a rush of energy and actual enthusiasm when they come to do their workouts! One such client, a particularly stressed and sedentary IT contractor, who really despised the thought of working out at the end of the day, started appearing in the Gym more and more frequently, until I started seeing him there EVERY evening! I questioned him on his new found enthusiasm, he said "I still don't relish the thought of coming to do my workouts, but I get one hell of a kick out of finishing it!!"

So you see there is a solution to your lack of energy and motivation, there truly is a "natural" high from getting short-intensive workouts done. Yes it is tough making the first step, but get yourself in your local gym from tomorrow and get a safe and legal chemical high from a quick and hard workout.

Weight Loss - Lose Weight With Cardio

The best way to go about doing cardio is to make it as exciting as possible. You want to do different periods of cardio workouts.

What do I mean? Doing just one thing can become boring, and its often the least effective.

However when you combine certain cardio workouts you not only have more fun doing your workout, but you also lose weight a lot faster, and more effectively.

Also if you are overweight, you will benefit a lot more from any type of exercise.

However before you begin, make sure you are prepared.

Why? Well there are a lot of times when people that are not in great a great physical state, and they often go for biggest workout they can think of. There is nothing wrong with being confident about yourself, but when it injures you its just ignorant.

You want to make sure you are somewhat in shape before doing a high intensity workout.

Fore example... A person who rarely runs will not be able to throw him or herself into a marathon, without hitting the invisible brick wall.

You have to learn to build up your endurance so you can run faster and farther each day. Start off by running at a certain pace for 5/mins a day for a week.

Then move yourself up to 10/mins a day for a week, and so on. Keep this up and you will eventually have enough endurance to take on anyone in a race.

Stretching

Stretching is very important before you start a cardio workout. Do enough until you feel the strains in your muscles getting more flexible.

Stretching can improve your overall performance; it will also make you feel less sore after your workout.

Nutrition

I often tell people to eat smaller meals/day rather than 3 large course meals. The reason why is because when you eat the smaller meals more frequently your metabolism stays at its peak. This will help us burn fatter.

Obviously stay away from fast foods, ice cream, potato chips, and all the other junk food. Everyone knows what he or she should or should not be eating. Its common sense. If you were trying to get fit, why would you eat junk food?

The only types of people that can get away with this are people that are usually on sports teams.

High-Speed Blenders And Weight Loss

Designer smoothie bars are almost as common as coffee shops these days. It's little wonder too. Where else can you get a healthy snack that contains so many nutrients all in one glass? The answer is: at home. With a high speed blender, it's easy to re-create those fancy, nutrition filled fruit smoothies at home. Chances are, you'll save a lot of money too.

In addition to paying much less, there are several compelling reasons for making your own smoothies with a high speed blender. Consider the following benefits:

* You can give your dieting efforts a healthy boost. Mixing fruits, vegetables, yogurt, soy milk, or other ingredients in a high-speed blender releases the vitamins, minerals, and fibers which they contain. This allows for much quicker processing by the body. The result is a fuller feeling in a shorter time, meaning you are less likely to overeat. It also means more of those nutrients are able to be absorbed by your body. Plus, you have control over the amount of fat and sugar that goes into your recipe.

* It's easier to get your RDA. It can be tough to eat your RDA (recommended daily allowance) of fruits, vegetables, and other nutrients. Using a high speed mixer makes it simple to get many of your nutrients all in one tasty go. A smoothie is also much easier to consume on the run than a handful of blueberries. Plus, you can add boosters like wheat-grass, flaxseed, bran, wheat germ, protein powder, ginseng, and many other nutritional supplements.

* Good nutrition is linked to better mental health. If you are struggling with obesity, you may also be experiencing symptoms of depression. Depression has been linked to being overweight. Doctors encourage people who are seeking treatment for mood disorders to eat a healthy, balanced diet. This is because physicians know that good nutrition can help improve mood by restoring chemical balance to the brain. What better natural depression treatment than a home-made smoothie? There are few easier ways to increase ones intake of fruits and vegetables, plus healthy staples like yogurt, milk, soy milk, and fresh cheese, than to mix them in a delicious smoothie.

* You can experiment with your own ingredients. Whatever fruits and vegetables you like can be combined for a tailor-made snack or meal. You can choose from either fresh or frozen. Fresh fruits and vegetables tend to be slightly higher in vitamins. However, frozen are also healthy, and will add a hearty texture to your concoction.

Sometimes people get discouraged with their efforts to make smoothies at home. Often this is because they are using an ordinary food processor rather than a high speed blender. While food processors may do an adequate job of mixing, they are not made for pureeing and grinding as blenders are. The results from blenders are more appetizing. They also tend to release the vitamins and minerals more quickly.

So forget about those expensive juice bars. Creating your own delicious masterpieces at home may lead to better mental health and put you on the fast-track to weight loss.

Thomas Fox researches fast speed high performance blenders in respect to weight loss and depression and if there is one, what the relationship is between food, allergies, asthma, depression, obesity, stop-smoking and workplace productivity. Lose Weight With Effective And Clever Ways

One day there was a man and woman discussing their physical appearances. Let's say that the husband's name is Brad and the wife's name is Maria. Maria asked Brad, "I have a good reputation in our social life and also in my career, but why can't I lose weight? I really want to lose 10-20 pounds but I realize it is not completely easy. How could this happen to me?"

Brad tried to boost Maria's self confidence but everything seems useless. Maria never stopped to ask herself, "I am a very happy wife and mother but why do I struggle really hard to lose just 10 pounds? I always say no to high-calories foods because I know it can ruin all of my hard work. Nonetheless, I still don't get it - why can't I beat my obesity problem?"

Do you understand why I gave you this illustration? There are more than 100,000 people out there who keep asking the same question every day, either to herself or to close friends. Maybe even you have asked the same question yourself. Actually, you must know that losing weight is not only about more time, but it is about how to work more effective.

Do you think sit ups 400 times per day can help you to erase all of your fat in your belly? Of course not. Maybe it would be better if you only do 120 sit ups per day then you jog 25 minutes to replace the other 280 sit ups. With this method, hopefully you can lose fat faster than you think.

There are plenty of ways to make you work less, actually, but you still lose weight faster. You just need to find out how to do those things. Just remember one important note, "weight loss" is not about your objective, but it's about how to adapt. If you finally lose 40 pounds within 6-7 months, you must remember to stick with your new lifestyle. It's important to do so. Otherwise, you might gain weight again. Don't ever celebrate your new appearance with eating foods.

How to Lose Weight With Lemonade

Have you heard rumors of a lemonade diet? Or maybe you've heard you can actually lose weight with lemonade? Hard as it might be for some to believe, it's actually true. And there are a couple of ways it can be done...

First let's look at what's known as the "Lemonade Diet". This is actually just another type of juice fast diet. In other words, all you do is drink lemonade and water for several days. It's not quite that simple but that is the gist of things.

Lemons are extremely high in vitamins and nutrients, plus they help clean out your colon. So here's the details of how this diet works:

1. Create real lemonade from the juice of lemons. If you try using bottled lemon juice - or worse: Instant powdered lemonade drink, you will not see any progress. The powdered stuff is usually just lemon flavored sugar water, and the bottled juice often has preservatives and other misc stuff included that's not great for your body.

So squeeze some real lemons, or use a juice machine. Either way, make sure you're using fresh lemon juice.

2. Mix in organic maple syrup to taste. This is used for sweetener, but it also provides you with additional vitamins and minerals to help keep you healthy during your juice fast. It also helps keep your blood sugar from dropping too low.

Since this is a form of sugar though, it should be used cautiously - especially by diabetics. Too much of any kind of sugar will prevent you from losing weight.

3. Mix in water to taste. Straight lemon juice by itself is way too tart for most of us, no matter how much syrup might be mixed in. It's usually a good idea to use filtered or spring water here, to be sure you're not feeding your body all the junk and pollutants that come from our taps.

Create a new batch of this juice each day. Usually one gallon mixed at the beginning of the day is good, then you simply drink the juice all day long. You can have as many glasses of pure water as you'd like too.

This diet has been maintained by some for multiple months with great success. A juice fast of any kind can be dangerous though, and I don't recommend doing one for longer than one or two weeks - if you must.

A better, and safer way to use Lemonade in your weight loss efforts, is to simply include it with your regular healthy meals. Lemonade - in fact any citrus - will help slow the digestion of carbs in your system. So having lemonade with your meal will effectively help reduce how fast your body reacts to the carbs in that meal. And by reducing how fast it reacts of course, you reduce the whole cycle of insulin spikes that cause the weight gain problems to begin with.

You still need to make healthier choices with your meals of course though. Having a tall glass of lemonade with your chocolate cake is not likely to produce the weight loss progress you'd like.

7 Metabolism Boosters?

If you don't increase your metabolism, you won't be able to burn the fat you want so desperately to get rid of. So what can you do to boost your metabolism, lose inches, and vaporize that belly fat?

But doesn't your metabolism slow down with age? Well, it can, BUT...

Follow the tips below and you will stop your metabolism from slowing down. Heck, I know some 40 year olds that have the metabolism of a 17-year old boy, thanks to their fat burning lifestyle.

However, some "so-called" metabolism boosters are BS...so here's the truth about 7 "claimed" metabolism boosters and how you can use them to burn fat.

1) Strength training

Claim: Boosts metabolism up to 10% after a training program

True.

And a recent study from the prestigious Journal of Applied Physiology showed strength training also doubled post-exercise fat burning.

Any "expert" who says strength training doesn't burn fat is living in the 1970's. Strength training must be a part of your fat-blasting workout routine.

2) Breakfast

Claim: Breakfast boosts metabolism because it breaks your overnight fast.

True? Maybe yes, maybe no.

But research shows eating breakfast is associated with successful weight loss. So make it a habit to consume some protein, fiber, & fruit (& even veggies) at this time. This will keep your appetite in check till your next meal.

3) Green Tea

Claim: Burns an extra 80 calories per day

True? Yes and no.

It has been shown to burn 80 calories per day in young men on the first day of supplementation, but will this affect last once your body gets used to it? I don't think so.

After all, take a look at caffeine. You can find studies that show it increases metabolism as well. But really, is anyone losing fat with caffeine? The revolving doors at Starbucks say "No!".

Coffee is okay in moderate doses, and I recommend Green Tea to everyone, but for health reasons, not for fat loss.

The only way you will lose fat with Green Tea is if you replace a 300+-calorie Frappucino with an iced, unsweetened Green Tea.

4) Fat Burners

Claim: Boost your metabolism big time!

See above. Fat burners are simply caffeine pills with a few other ingredients thrown in. You'll get an increase in mental energy, but that doesn't mean it will boost metabolism or burn fat.

5) Ice Cold Water with Lemon Juice Squeezed into it

Claim: The body will burn calories warming up the water and the lemon juice also burns more fat.

Truth? Nice in theory, short in practice. Nobody is losing fat with ice cold water. If it sounds too good to be true - you know the rest of the story.

6) Eating 6 small meals per day

Claim: Boosts metabolism and can help control cholesterol.

True.

Simple and effective. Try and split your meals up into smaller meals that can be eaten over the course of the day.

7) Interval training

Claim: Interval training causes a greater increase in post-exercise metabolism than regular cardio.

I certainly believe it.

And I do know this...A recent study from Australia found that an interval program led to more weight loss than a long, slow cardio training program.

Bottom line: Intervals work.

Hard work and proper nutrition burn more calories and help you lose fat. On the other hand, magic pills and potions just don't work.

But that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

My advice?

Add strength training, intervals, mini-meals, and breakfast to your weight loss plan and you'll burn body fat fast thanks to your increased metabolism.

Boost your metabolism today and forever to burn fat.
