Weight Loss Tips - Surviving Holiday Parties

Weight Loss during the Holidays can present extra temptations with Holiday desserts, treats, and candy. If you have a sweet tooth, this can be times of high temptation. Here are a few suggestions for weight loss program survival to help you stay on track with your diet.

First and foremost EAT BEFORE the Party. Eat the foods that are within your dieting guidelines, and eat until you are full. Protein foods are a good choice as protein foods will generally hold off hunger for a longer period of time.
